Just for the LinkedIn employees who might read this, a LinkedIn user would export from LinkedIn and import into JibberJobber because JibberJobber allows them to do stuff that LinkedIn doesn’t (think: a richer CRM than what LinkedIn offers, plus no worries about denying access if you think they are spammers, or whatever).
A frequent question we get is how to export contacts out of LinkedIn, and get them into JibberJobber.

Before you import it, I recommend you CLEAN the file. Open it in Excel, then go through the data and make sure it is right. Usually you’ll find junk data in the last name field (people put emails, number of connections, all kinds of junk). Save it as a CSV (not XLS) and you should be ready to import
