Well established and expanding Multiple Listing Service and real estate data services provider is seeking a V.P. of Operations to oversee and manage its accounting, training and communications departments. This executive will also oversee all financial reporting responsibilities and provide supervision of human resources.
The V.P. will report directly to the CEO and be in charge of developing programs that describe, promote and train customers on the organization’s products through a variety of communications channels. Excellent written and oral communications skills are required, as is the ability to work well in a small team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:· Create marketing plans for new products and services· Make the quality, appearance and content of all of the communications and training resources best in class· Create customer communications plan in cooperation with channel partners· Oversight of managing training resources to customer’s offices· Oversight of training material creation and maintenance · Oversight of website and presentation of web based training and marketing materials· Deliver data and statistics to channel partners and customers for use in their messaging· Assist in partnering with other real estate related organizations
Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) or its equivalent; and a minimum of four years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be familiar with common real estate concepts, practices, and procedures.
COMPENSATIONQualified candidates will be in low six figures annual salary range including performance bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package.Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) or its equivalent; and a minimum of four years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
