Gautam Godhwani, Simply Hired's co-founder and CEO, was featured early this morning as a guest host on CNBC Worldwide Exchange. During his third time on the show, Gautam discussed the findings in the ADP report released earlier this week as well as in the increase in the number of job openings in the U.S., and how they bring about a sense of optimism for hiring in 2011.

Later in the show, Gautam joined in the interviewing of Ira Epstein, managing director at Ira Epstein Division of LINN Group, about the U.S. dollar and state of the economy.
