tracey Member since:December 09, 2010Total points:95 (Level 1)my daughter is 18 and lives with us at home (us being the parents) she has not paid any national insurance never worked due to illness. She is now ok to work. She went to sign on a few months ago when she was living with her partner with whom she has now split up with. This the reason she has now moved back home. Is she entitled to JSA income based as not paid any national insurance or do they take into account our income?Answer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
